Curcumae reduced hepatic tumorigenesis in an MASLD-related HCC mice model challenged with DEN and a HFD by suppressing the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators including prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), COX-2, and NF-κB and additionally augmented the level of IL-10 in the hepatic tissue and serum. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
