We considered nine continuous phenotypes including white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (PLT), hematocrit (HCT), hemoglobin (HGB), C-reactive protein (CRP), diastolic blood pressure (dBP), systolic blood pressure (sBP), body mass index (BMI) and serum creatinine, as well as three binary diseases including hypertension, stroke and type II diabetes (T2D). Here, CRP is linked to stroke disorder.
