From previous studies, it has been known that MEG3 regulates the function of CRC cells through targeting ADAR1, affects the proliferation and migration of CRC cells by modulating miR-376/PRKD1 axis [46], and allows the sensitivity of CRC cells to oxaliplatin by regulating miR-141/PDCD4 axis [47].
