At this final analysis, bemarituzumab-mFOLFOX6 treatment continued to demonstrate promising clinical efficacy and manageable safety in FGFR2-selected, HER-2 non-positive advanced GC, with more pronounced treatment benefit in the patient subset with FGFR2b overexpression (2 + /3 + staining) in ≥ 10% of tumor cells than in those with FGFR2b overexpression in any tumor cell. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and gastric cancer.
