Furthermore, the survival analysis by Kaplan–Meier-plot showed that higher expression levels of miR-9-5p in lung cancer (P = 0.014), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (P = 0.011), sarcoma (P = 0.0033) and breast cancer (P = 0.0046) patients had shorter survival lifetime (Fig. 7k), which were consistent with NAT10 pattern (Fig. 6c). This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and lung cancer.
