The expression levels of NAT10 mRNA in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon cancer (COAD), esophageal cancer (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), liver cancer (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), rectal adenocarcinoma (READ) and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) were significantly higher than those in normal (Fig. 6a), while the non-significant (p > 0.05) cancer types have been shown in the Fig. S6a. Here, NAT10 is linked to cholangiocarcinoma.
