BCL2 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Studies have shown that Kushen injection has antitumor effects, especially when combined with chemotherapy drugs.[14,15] The combination of matrine injection and R-CHOP chemotherapy for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma can induce down-regulation of Bcl-2 gene expression with fewer adverse effects.[16] In addition, the study also found that TCM injections can improve the clinical efficacy and control rate of non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients to varying degrees.[17,18] The application of antitumor TCM injection is based on the disease characteristics of Castleman disease and lymphoma.
