In Figure 2A and Table S1, compared with their matched adjacent normal samples, BRD9 exhibited significant upregulation in the tumour tissue across various cancer types, including cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD). This evidence concerns the gene BRD9 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
