Therefore, in this study, we first analyzed the RNA sequences of ccRCC samples in TCGA and GEO databases by bioinformatics and evaluated the expression level and prognostic value of CCNB2 in ccRCC samples, and found that the expression of CCNB2 was significantly higher in ccRCC tissues than in normal tissues, and the high expression of CCNB2 was associated with a higher degree of malignancy of ccRCC. The gene discussed is CCNB2; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
