PDCD1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: A meta-analysis investigating 13 studies on ICI and NSAID combination therapy, five of which focused on aspirin, found that patients with MPM and NSCLC who were treated with both PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors and aspirin showed improved progression free survival but not overall survival [low-dose aspirin users versus non-aspirin users: OS: HR 0.93, 95% CI (0.76–1.15), P = .514; PFS: HR 0.84, 95% CI (0.72–0.98), P = .024] (44).
