TOM1 and human papilloma virus infection: The results revealed that TOM1 is strongly associated with base excision repair, the cell cycle, focal adhesion, glycine, serine and threonine metabolism, human papillomavirus infection, legionellosis, leishmaniasis, long-term potentiation, protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum, and the viral life cycle-HIV-1 (Supplementary Figure S4A).
