The expression of UBA3 is significantly correlated with chemical carcinogenesis-DNA adducts, drug metabolism-cytochrome P450, endometrial cancer, Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis, the MAPK signaling pathway, metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, the proteasome, protein export, steroid hormone biosynthesis, and the VEGF signaling pathway (Figure 1E). This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and endometrial cancer.
