To further explore the molecular mechanism of Robo2 in the progression of HCC, our research group previously had performed RNA sequencing in YB-1 knocked-down Huh7 cells, and revealed that the expression level of Robo2 was also down-regulated after YB-1 was knocked down, and it has been confirmed that YB-1 promoted the occurrence of HCC14. Here, YBX1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
