FBXO22 and lung cancer: To explore the role of FBXO22 in lung cancer, we searched the UALCAN database (https://ualcan.path.uab.edu/) and found that the expression of FBXO22 was significantly higher in lung cancer tissues than in normal lung tissues and that it tended to increase with increasing pathological grade, suggesting that overexpression of FBXO22 was associated with worse pathological stage and poor prognosis (Fig. 1A, B).
