To explore the relationship between Kupffer cells and oxidative damage, CD68 was co-localized with the p47 phox prooxidant protein by immunofluorescence, and it was found that CD68 expression was lower in the AD mice compared to the wild-type mice, the p47 phox protein was consistent with the gene assay, and the CD68 and p47 phox fluorescence intensity changes were consistent in all three groups of mice. The gene discussed is NCF1; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
