Based on 13 independent risk factors (male, age, hypertension, DM, malignant tumour, use of biologics, use of CNIs, use of methylprednisolone at 500 mg, use of methylprednisolone at 40 mg, total cumulative dose of methylprednisolone at 40 mg, use of oral glucocorticoids, and low albumin and haemoglobin levels) established from a large cohort with sufficient sample size, we constructed the first practical nomogram model and demonstrated that it was advantageous for the individualised risk stratification of PI in patients taking immunosuppressants. The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is hypertensive disorder.
