The 535 reports of adverse reactions to HSA collected in this study were mainly related to SOCs at the site of general disorders and administration site conditions, respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders, skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders, and most commonly manifested as symptoms such as dyspnea, fever, chills, pruritus, hypotension, and pulmonary oedema. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and hypotensive disorder.
