As depicted in Fig. 3, paired t-tests comparing the gene expression profiles of CACNG4, PKMYT1, EPYC, and CHRNA6 between breast tumors and normal tissues revealed an almost 5.55-fold, 2.31-fold, 2.32-fold, and 2.14-fold increase in breast tumors, compared to normal tissues, respectively. Here, CHRNA6 is linked to breast neoplasm.
