Subgroup analysis using the UALCAN database showed that the expression of GPS1 was significantly higher than that in normal tissues in all subtypes of breast cancer, including luminal, Her2-positive and triple-negative breast cancers, with the expression in triple-negative breast cancers significantly higher than that in luminal types (p < 0.05, Fig. 3A). Here, ERBB2 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
