We used ova-tetramer staining to trace the CD44high CD8 T cells distribution from donor mice and found the ACT of FLT3L-preconditioned CD44high CD8 T cells resulted in higher tetramer-specific CD8 T cell infiltration in tumor-draining lymph nodes and tumor lesions (Fig. 3C, D). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
