Newer and targeted treatment options include tagraxofusp [21–24], which selectively binds the IL‐3 receptor which is expressed abundantly in BPDCN [25], and venetoclax, an oral Bcl‐2 inhibitor, approved for chronic lymphocytic leukemia [6, 7, 26, 27]. Here, BCL2 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
