Later, we tested mice for insulin resistance and examined total triglycerides, serum alanine transaminase, serum TNF-α, and serum IL6 (Figure 3C–3G), which are related to liver function and inflammation status in mice, and found that insulin function and liver function improved in the PRPM intervention group, while they were abnormal in the nonintervention group.
