The results (Supplementary Fig. 4A–E) suggest that three genes, CRIP1, HIST1H1C and RNF125, are significantly overexpressed in myeloma cell lines and may contribute to the poor prognosis in malignant plasma cell samples, whereas C1orf56 and S100A6 may contribute to the poor prognosis in microenvironmental cell samples. The gene discussed is RNF125; the disease is plasma cell myeloma.
