We further explored marker genes with higher average expression number and percentage of expressed cells among different cells (Figure 1F), and found that in the tumor core tissue, the genes VCAN, SLC16A10 and LYZ were significantly coexpressed in macrophages, dendritic cells and immature neurons; genes IFITM2 and S100A8 were significantly expressed in neutrophils; and genes H2AFZ and TUBB were significantly expressed in immature nerve cells. This evidence concerns the gene LYZ and neoplasm.
