MKI67 and neoplasm: In a recent meta-analysis that included mainly Asian studies (35 studies totalling 7,716 patients), and in which assessments were mainly performed in the chemo-naive TNBC tumour specimen, the cutoff of Ki-67 that was significant for DFS (HR 2.3, 95% CI 1.54–3.44, p < 0.001) and for OS (HR 2.95, 95% CI 1.67–5.19, p < 0.001) was 40% (31).
