FGFR1-3 inhibition with AZD4547 showed significant anti-tumor effects in EOC models but not in cells highly expressing c-Met and FGF19/FGFR4, which can be treated with either c-Met and/or FGF19/FGFR4 inhibition in combination with AZD4547. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR4 and neoplasm.
