MAPK3 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency: Figure 8G demonstrates the resulting network, which revealed obesity + TT-mediated transcriptional regulation of potential indirect candidate modulators of CSF secretion, e.g. kinases (e.g., MAPK3), phosphatases (e.g., PPP3r1 and PPP1r3b), phospholipases, (e.g., PLD2), and proteins involved in tethering of receptors (e.g., FLOT2).
