SETD3 and triple-negative breast carcinoma: Additionally, analyses based on The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database showed that for only patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), patients with low levels of SETD3 had a more favorable prognosis than those with high SETD3 expression (Fig. S1, B–F), suggesting that SETD3 might be a valuable prognostic marker for TNBC patients.
