NFKB1 and kidney injury: Based on previous literature reports, the noncanonical nuclear factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB) and mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways may be involved in the regulation of the inflammatory response by C. cicadae in mice with kidney injury, and the Nrf2 antioxidant pathway may be involved in the regulation of oxidative stress injury by C. cicadae in mice with kidney injury.27
