Here, we combine novel connections inferred via MOBILE with a large-scale mechanistic model called SPARCED to add an immune-checkpoint related sub-module to the existing pan-cancer model to study effects of the newly added gene products on the regulation of Interferon Regulatory Factor 1 (gene name IRF) and Programmed Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1, gene name CD274) upon interferon-gamma (IFNγ, gene name IFNG) stimulation.
