The subsequent correlation analysis identified immune-related genes that are significantly correlated with the risk score, among which the positively correlated gene FGF14 was significantly correlated with the prognosis of pancreatic cancer (52); other positively and negatively correlated genes still require further experimental validation because of a lack of high-quality research on their basic correlation with PDAC. Here, FGF14 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
