To investigate how the knockdown of the METTL1 gene affects the tRNA spectrum, total tRNAs isolated from METTL1 knockdown AML cells and METTL1 control AML cells were treated with RNase A/T1 (a mixture of Rnase A and Rnase T1, in which Rnase A specifically cleave RNA at C and U residues and Rnase T1 specifically cleaves RNA at G residues). This evidence concerns the gene RNASE1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
