PRDM1 and Sjogren syndrome: It was reported that high levels of miR-125 in the LGMSCs-derived exosomes bind and inhibit the plasma cell differentiation factor-PRDM1 (PR domain zinc finger protein 1, also known as BLIMP1), thus preventing the excessive differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells, an important hallmark of Sjogren’s syndrome (128).
