CD8A and melanoma: Moreover, using LC to treat NOG mice transplanted with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells bearing A375 human melanoma (Extended Data Fig. 9m), we found that the proportion of human CD8+ T cells in the tumor tissue, blood and spleen was augmented (Fig. 5k and Extended Data Fig. 9n), concomitant with the inhibition of tumor growth (Fig. 5l).
