The ROC curve results displayed that the AUCs of CD160, CX3CR1, DENND2D and FAM43A were 0.965, 0.986, 0.991 and 0.985 in the training cohort, and 0.773, 0.756, 0.660 and 0.721 in the test cohort, indicating a favorable diagnostic ability for sepsis (Fig. 8C,D).
