It has been demonstrated that high expression of CD276 in tumors is associated with poor prognosis in a variety of human malignancies, including breast, colorectal, liver, and prostate cancers, and glioblastoma (33–38), and CD276 has become an attractive target for tumor immunotherapy (9, 39, 40), so we chose CD276 as an outcome indicator of COAD. This evidence concerns the gene CD276 and neoplasm.
