As expected, MoCA scores for the AD group were significantly lower than the aMCI or naMCI groups (p = 9.7 × 10–7 and p = 3.1 × 10–4, respectively); CSF Aβ42 levels were decreased in the AD group versus those in aMCI or naMCI groups (p = 0.017 or p = 0.032, respectively); and total tau levels were elevated but not statistically different in AD cohorts versus those in aMCI or naMCI groups (p = 0.51 and p = 0.43, respectively).
