ATP7B and breast cancer: The results showed that P2RX4 and SLC39A11 were highly expressed in most breast cancer cell lines (Figures 9A, B), and ATP7B and P2RX4 were significantly up-regulated in BC tissues (P < 0.05) (Figures 9C, D), which is consistent with the results of previous bioinformatics analyses based on the TCGA database and other results described in the literature.
