BCL2 and acute myeloid leukemia: In recent years, more and more targeted inhibitors have been used to treat AML with better therapeutic effects, such as IDH1/IDH2 inhibitors3,4, FLT3 inhibitors3,5, BCL-2 inhibitors3,4etc. Therefore, to discover novel targeted inhibitors for treatment of AML is of great significance, especially for patients who have been resistant to drugs.
