Other reasons for discontinuation of upadacitinib were blood test changes (n = 4, 1.2%), including severe hypercholesterolemia (0.3%), increased values of creatine phosphokinase (CPK) (0.3%), lymphopenia (0.3%), and increased liver enzymes (0.3%), followed by urinary (0.3%) or respiratory tract (0.6%) infections (n = 3, (0.9%)), deep venous thrombosis (0.3%), malignancies (0.3%), loss of consciousness (0.3%), and arthralgias (0.3%). Here, PIK3C2A is linked to familial hypercholesterolemia.
