Significant distinctions were noted in seven characteristics when comparing between the groups, including age (>65 years vs. ≤65 years), AFP (>400 ng/mL vs. ≤400 ng/mL), NLR (≥2.80 vs. <2.80), tumor size (>5 cm vs. ≤5 cm), ITC (incomplete vs. complete), histological grade (well and mediate vs. poor) and microvascular invasion (MVI) (positive vs. negative).
