Specifically, IPA predicted that 20–30% of target genes included in the molecular mechanisms of cancer, tumor microenvironment pathway, ovarian cancer signaling, STAT3 pathway, WNT/β-catenin signaling, and oncostatin M signaling were downregulated after acute (3 h) and chronic (72 h) TCDD exposure and 20–27% of them were upregulated on day 14 after chronic exposure (Figure 11).
