FTC-133, which was originally obtained from a lymph node metastasis of a follicular thyroid carcinoma, showed a downregulation of the protein expression of alpha-enolase, phosphoglycerate kinase 1, annexin 1, and 2 under RPM exposure in the subsequent quantitative analysis of Western blot analysis with a simultaneous upregulation of the protein content of glutathione S-transferase. Here, PGK1 is linked to thyroid gland follicular carcinoma.
