Finally, the expression levels of NRF1 and MAZ, along with their correlation with RPS5 were analyzed in selected HCC datasets, and the observations revealed that both NRF1 and MAZ were conspicuously overexpressed in HCC compared to normal liver tissue, and their expression levels exhibited a notable positive correlation with RPS5 expression (Figure 3E and Supplementary Figure S4).
