A rare phenotype (prevalence: 0.3%), characterized by central obesity (WHtR: 0.53 ± 0.03), insulin sensitivity (FPI: 14.9 (11.9; 18.8 μIU/mL)), and elevated FPG (5.9 ± 0.3 mmol/L) displayed the highest mean erythrocyte counts, while centrally obese (WHtR: 0.56 ± 0.04) insulin-resistant (FPI: 40.5 (28.9; 56.6 μIU/mL)) males presented with the second-highest mean counts.
