These results are concordant with the limited data available in the literature: 0/21 patients with low-grade dysplasia (KRAS G12D/G12V); 0/7, 1/16, and 1/11 patients with low-grade, high-grade dysplasia, and invasive carcinoma, respectively (KRAS G12/13 hotspot) [36,37]. The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is invasive carcinoma.
