ERBB2 and breast carcinoma: The majority (98.6%) of patients with HER2+ breast cancer received neoadjuvant chemotherapy with HER2-targeted therapy: 295 of 312 (94.6%) patients received docetaxel, carboplatin, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab (TCHP); 14 of 312 (4.5%) patients received adriamycin, and cyclophosphamide followed by taxane with trastuzumab; 3 of 312 (0.9%) patients received anthracycline and taxane-based chemotherapy without HER2-targeted therapy.
