Hitherto, six CAR-T therapies have been approved by the FDA to treat relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL) and Precursor B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia, of which anti-CD19 CAR-T products’ antigen recognition domain is based on the same scFv (Kymriah®, Yescarta®, Tecartus®, and Breyanzi®), whereas the antigen recognition domain of B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA, Carvykti®, Legend Biotech and Janssen Biotech) is based on VHH [156]. Here, TNFRSF17 is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
