Conversely, we overexpressed KPNB1 by ectopically transfecting U87MG and U251MG cells with KPNB1 expression plasmids (Supplementary Fig. S1F and S1G) and achieved the opposite effects to KPNB1 knockdown, showing increased proliferation, invasion, and migration of GBM cells (Supplementary Fig. S1H and S1J). Here, KPNB1 is linked to glioblastoma.
