The related genes involved in the molecular pathogenesis of the 114 patients mainly included STRC, OTOA, OTOG, OTOGL, TECTA, GJB2, KCNQ4, USH2A, PDZD7, MPZL2 and et al. MPZL2 accounted for 7.02% (n = 8, 8/114) among the above genes resulting in a characteristic moderate HL. The gene discussed is TECTA; the disease is Hodgkins lymphoma.
