We also found that 91% (29 of 32) of the normal lung tissues exhibited high CYB5R3 expression, while only 19% (24 of 128) of the lung cancer tissues showed high CYB5R3 expression (Fig. 1c), indicating that CYB5R3 expression is associated with lung carcinogenesis.
