The downregulated proteins, including α-smooth muscle actin 2 (ACTA2), adenosylhomocysteinase (AHCY), calmodulin 1 (CALM1), heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins C1/C2 (HNRNPC), stathmin (STMN1), cytochrome c oxidase subunit 6B1 (COX6B1), and vesicle amine transport protein 1 (VAT1), are related to cancer cell proliferation and migration (Table 1).
